1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 pound ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine boiling water, sugar and honey. Beat until well blended. Stir in vanilla and bananas. Stir in nuts, pecans and chocolate the chocolate it's in. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, shake and bake 20 minutes, until set.
