5 pounds bone in pork
5 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced

20 ounces pepperoni sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning
3/4 cup tomato sauce
3/4 small white onions
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste

1/4 cup shredded Manchego
2 (14 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
In a 9x13 inch pot over medium high heat, combine pork, cook until meat is evenly brown and package is 1/4 inch thickor lighter.
