1 (9 inch) package dry pizza dough
1 (21 ounce) can white wine
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 (2 ounce)/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Roll pizza dough into 1 inch balls, roll in cream cheese, and evenly coat the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until golden brown and lightly toasted.
For the sauce: in a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 salt, 1/6 paprika, and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until smooth. Add water as needed. Heat over medium-high heat until very thick.
