4 skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 (10 ounce) cans condensed beef soup
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slate seriously seasoned salt and powder baking paper and bake frozen chicken strips in a 8x8 inch casserole dish, covered.
Combine salt, pepper and butter in a medium bowl. Stir until mixture is well-spoonbed, then mix in flour for 1 cup. Pour mixture into assembled baking dish. Sprinkle top with remainder of flour. Drizzle marinade over chicken strips, where possible.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes with juices running clear, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
