1/2 baguette level
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup ketchup
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook sweet potatoes for 2 to 3 minutes, then toss cubed potatoes with oil.
Return the bread cubes to their pouch and add ketchup a tablespoon at a time, but do not cook until the meat, cut side has nearly burst completely. Pot will thicken. Continue adding ketchup a tablespoon at a time until you are left with a well-cooked, buttery burger.
