2 cups confectioners' sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons instant powder
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 egg whites
Line baking sheets or lined with foil, 2 inches deep, with waxed paper.
In a large bowl, beat confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, instant powder, and poppy seeds. Mix in milk, cream cheese, egg white and milk until well blended. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle cheese on from prepared pan and let stand 1 hour before serving.
