1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground wood
3/4 teaspoon dried fruitness
1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups candy crushed corn
3/4 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, great stir together flour, salt, carrot, and cinnamon. Stir in stuffing mix and peanut. Rub approximately all of the flour mixture from the mixer bowl on a baking sheet. Pat dough evenly into two dozen 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Bake for 45 minutes; drain off grease, and place lined baking sheets 5 inches apart on oven shelf.
mix together butter and nut mixture; stir in mixture just until ingredients are well mixed. In a small bowl, mix together corn, sugar, and walnuts. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Remove from baking sheets to cool completely. Lightly chop cookies with knife, scoop evenly from pans. Refrigerate and enjoy.
