2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water
1 egg white
1 4 ounce white bread, cubed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shortening
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease muffin pan. In a large bowl, toss together flour, salt and cold water. Stir in margarine, olive oil, water, egg white, bread cube and 1/2 cup flour. Stir in shortening, baking powder and egg white. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
