1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup white sugar
1 (4 ounce) can crushed tomato
1 (1 ounce) package dry mixed fruit mix
4 green onions, diced
1 clove garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons mandarin orange zest
1 (21 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice
1 (4 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup salsa
8 large tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, water, sugar and tomato. Stir in banana, garlic, tomato paste, mandarin orange zest, and tomato sauce.
Spread mixture evenly on 8 tortillas. Roll each tortilla in the mixture until it is the desired thickness. Slice each tortilla into 4 inch wide strips. Place strips 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until brown and crispy. Cool completely before serving.
