3 cups water
1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 1/3 cups yellow rice
1 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 (24 oz) packages frozen chopped strawberries
In a large pot, combine water, warm water, butter and strawberries. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 33 to 36 minutes.
