1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cake crust
3 eggs
1 (7 ounce) package fruit-flavored drink mix
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup nonfat evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Grease and flour a cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale yellow and slightly thickened. Stir in evaporated milk, and pour into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool on wire rack before serving.
