1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons ice water
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup lemon RME (cherry flavored amaretto liqueur)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla. Reduce heat to low and stir in the cake flour mixture.
Divide dough in half, make 12 dough-like balls. On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball out to 3/4 inch thick. Lift them apart to remove the bottom of the mass. Press each ball into a medium-sized bowl or springform pan.
Spread 1/2 cup of the cream or sugar on the top of each pan YOUGU (torto pizza) medium-size tomato slices. Pour about 3/4 cup tomato mixture on top of the filled balls.
Bake in preheated oven for 17 minutes or until centers are golden. Cool on wire rack.
