1 (19 ounce) can frozen blueberries
1 (16 ounce) can frozen strawberries, undrained
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (17 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
2 eggs, beaten
1 apple, peeled and cored
7 ounces sliced almonds
1/4 cup diced walnuts
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
In a large bowl, mix blueberries, strawberries, sugar, pecans, celery and vanilla.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and mix with blueberries mixture. Stir strawberries into blueberry mixture. Fold in almonds and pecans. Pour glaze mixture into a large plastic bowl. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Refrigerate lettuce until serving.
