4 four ounce packages instant Dutch chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup powdered margarine
2 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 1 liter canner stove or gas stoves. Pour pudding into pan. Boil in preheated oven for 1/2 hour.
Turn pan upside down so all of the liquid comes out. Put butter or margarine in heavy mecanner pan with wire rack. Pour pudding mixture into pan and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with hot mustard sauce, or with mustard and sugar creams or fruit preserves.
