4 egg yolks
6 tablespoons white sugar
1 tidbit gluten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Press egg yolks and sugar together in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour mixture over layer of cheese. Refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally, before serving.
