3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pound ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, butter, and cinnamon until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer top layer of cinnamon on top of the dish, then sprinkle ground nutmeg on top. Top with flour and sugar, and lay lightly covered on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
