1 cup golden raisins
5 cups heavy cream, room temperature
4 eggs, room temperature
2/3 cup prepared DYAS (dried cranberry juice mix)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 drop food coloring
1 pinch salt
6 ripe bananas, mashed and drained
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/4 cup rosewater (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine raisins, cream, eggs, sugar, and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in bananas and rosewater. Drop mixture into unbaked pie shell, filling about 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
