4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, cut into quarters
6 duck eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 cup raisins
Place oil, garlic, duck eggs and flour in a blender and blend until particle sizes are the same. Stir in raisins. Bake in an unsheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven or until small bubbles appear at the bottom. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
