1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 cups hot water
12 slices pepperoni sausage
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot over medium heat, combine beef, mozzarella cheese, onion, soup, hot water and pepperoni sausage.
Cook mixture until tender, about 15 minutes.
