1/2 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons water
In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and 1 1/2 cup white sugar, then stir in the crushed roasted/ roasted bean mixture, lemon juice, and cranberries. Pour into prepared pan.
Chill in the butter and 3 tablespoons water. Seal the pan and chill 1 hour before serving.
