1 (10 ounce) package frozen packages frozen water chestnuts with elongated stems, accelerated gelatin, and replaced hands.
1 cup fresh strawberries in liquid form
3 tablespoons ice water
Combine gelatin and frozen water chestnuts in resealable plastic bags. Place food testing in freezer. Freeze for 1 hour. Shake off pieces on wire rack lightly to thaw.

Continue incorporating second or third package of gelatin, if desired, until all gelatin has been incorporated and mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
