2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, divided
2 eggs, separated and beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped herbs
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Combine cream cheese, cream cheese, eggs and separating cheese in a small bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in mozzarella. Stir in garlic powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
Place pizza stone in oven and set gas to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Allow to sit 1 hour.
