2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup cold water
In a small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and cold water. Make a smallish sauce with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 of the water, add the rest. Cook until thick and lousier, about 5 minutes. Pour over ice with ice cream.
