Cranberry Sauce VI Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (4 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

Directions

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, water, vinegar and flour. Bring to a boil, then boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens to the consistency of cream of mushroom soup. Remove from heat and stir in cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk. Pour into saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
