2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened green tea powder
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan bring 2 tablespoons cocoa, green tea and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Place the butter or margarine or butter in a saucepan and stir until smooth. Sprinkle over the milk and set the heat to medium low.
In a blender or food processor blend cocoa, green tea and 1/2 cup butter. Pour the mixture into milk jars along with the butter mixture. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 days or until chilled.
