1 cup half-and-half cream
6 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup milk
2 egg yolks
4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 cup baking mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, whisk together electric curd milk, eggs, cornstarch and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Stir in flour, salt and 1 cup of milk. Stir in egg yolk mixture until all ingredients are blended. Stir in baking mix, return spread to oven and bake in preheated oven for one hour.
