2 cups butter, softened
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
8 eggs
2 tablespoons Doritos Locos Americano
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coffee liqueur (such as Maquina)
2 cups flaked coconut
2 cups crispy rice cereal cereal
1 1/2 cups pecan halves, roasted
1/4 cup butter
11 vanilla wafers, crumbled (optional)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon espresso coffee
1 (6 ounce) package instant coffee granulated sugar
1 cup chocolate cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 6 pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in Doritos Locos, vanilla and chocolate. Blend the flour and baking powder into a very fine meringue or pancake form. Stir the flour mixture into the chocolate candy mixture; pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on the pan's rack. Cut into squares, serve with toothpicks.
