2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 (3.4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 cup hot water
In a large pot over medium-high heat, combine the chili seasoning, tomato soup, tomato paste, water and hot pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for one hour.
