Betty Crocker's Chunk Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

2 large zucchini, coarsely chopped

5 large sweet potatoes

5 teaspoons cornstarch

1 cup milk

2 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 (8 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with green chile

1/4 cup bacon grease

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, combine potatoes, cornstarch, milk and broth. Bring to a boil, then stir in tomatoes with green chile and bacon grease. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring afterward to prevent browning. Stir in potatoes, Mayo and sausage. Simmer 8 to 12 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

These were very good but I would use fresh minced garlic instead of the powder and decrease the sugar by a quarter of a cup. Also would have preferred white instead of red.
