1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 fluid ounce English lemonade
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar
10 drops hot water
Puree white vinegar, white lemonade and butter in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat, cover bowl and chill until 1/2 hour. Stir in sugar and hot water; stir until ready to use.
