Prepare chocolate and white chocolate chips using the directions on the box. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Beat cream, condensed milk, and instant pudding mix in small bowl until smooth. Stir in vanilla and frozen whipped topping.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool before filling.
FILL graham cracker crust with melted chocolate and white chocolate chips.
