1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 onions, chopped
1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste with tomato paste
1 (10.5 ounce) can tomato paste with tomato paste
1 clove garlic, peeled, crushed
1 cup chicken broth
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot over high heat, combine oil, tomato paste, onions, tomato paste, tomato paste with tomato paste, garlic, chicken broth, salt, basil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
