Clarification: Tetraple (Burrito) Recipe

Ingredients

4 (6 inch) flour tortillas

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1/4 cup water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup golden raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 7x11x2-inch baking pan with foil.

In a small bowl, dissolve the milk and salt in the sugar. Set aside. In a small saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil and add flour tortillas. Immediately remove from the heat. Stir in the raisins and 1/4 cup of sugar. Divide tortillas into halves, and arrange them in prepared pan. Let their delicate golden browning set several minutes. Let set before removing from foil.

Transfer a small quantity of each tortilla to prepared pan, and place them on a medium baking pan. Let the yellow bottom of some of the tortillas be slightly sticky, then cover this with partly melted chocolate and partially melted butter. Let these brown for about 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and chill to room temperature (two hours, if the chocolate is to spread smooth).
