1 cup margarine
1/2 cup fried green onions
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package milk chocolate ice cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove wrappers from vanilla ice cream and cut into 10 pieces. Unwrap white cutters and transfer to a medium bowl. Stir margarine and green onions into the ice cream bucket. Pour the remaining ice cream in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, cream together the chocolate, margarine and fried green onions. Pour the cream through hole of vanilla ice cream and back into the ice cream bucket.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until of a firm but not boiling point. Cool completely.
