1/2 cup cheese, cubed
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons onion powder
coarse garlic powder
1/2 ounce slice Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 pound thick cut roast beef
5 to 7 whole crushed tortillas
In a large plastic container, stir together the ranch dressing, onion powder, coarse garlic powder, Monterey Jack cheese and roast beef.
Place spicy sausage or other cooked meat on the bottom and three quarters of the smashed tortillas up top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, and drizzle with ranch dressing. Chill in refrigerator 12 hours before serving. When serving, pipe or spoon shredded cheese over meat.
