3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup white sugar
3 cups rolled semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon honey
1 small marshmallow
1 cup lukewarm milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together the whites and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and brown sugar; beat together the 2 cups white sugar, egg and brown sugar until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Beat in the vanilla extract. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
