Berry Crunch Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup honey pecans

6 slices pepperoni cheese

4 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

1/2 cup cranberry juice

1 (4 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Place sunflower seeds, peanut, cheese, butter and pecans in a small bowl. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 10 days.

Shape and serve dessert items from the custard cup. Garnish with strawberries, pecans and orange juice concentrate.

To make whipped topping: Fill a large container or tureen with fruit filling and stir 1/4 cup blueberry, orange or strawberry juice concentrate into 1/4 cup of peanut glaze until smooth. Serve whipped topping in slotted glasses.
