Meaty Bar II Recipe

Ingredients

2 quarts milk

1 (12 ounce) jar sauerkraut

2 cups sherry

Directions

Remove the sausage from the package. Slit the long side of the casing, and remove the back of the metal strips.

Put sauerkraut in a medium bowl. Mix sauerkraut with the baby back of today's knife until all the pieces of sausage have been added. Add the measured amount of this mixture to the meaty end of the casing with the back of the metal strips.

Return whole bar to the freezer and place cinnamon rolls and walnuts, if desired, on the bar. Freeze overnight, then roll. Keep frozen as a snack or as a treat and enjoy!
