Meadou Corn Raisin Bundt (Rouge) Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1 pint triple cream

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups raisins

1/2 cup small sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven on broiler setting. Spread half of the marshmallow mixture into each one of 12 works for frosting.

In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and 2/3 cup sugars until smooth. Beat in the oil and brown sugar 1/2 cup at a time; whip every last one of these up into a blend that coats the cake. Mix in raisins and sour cream, coat evenly. You may wish to thin several rounds out to make sharing easier. Garnish each cake with a tablespoon or teaspoon of marshmallow and additional cookie crumbs.
