1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon pepper jack seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup spinach
In a blender, combine mushrooms, sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper jack seasoning, garlic powder and dried basil. Blend until smooth.
Spread mixture evenly over the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate 15 minutes to allow it to rise.
