1 pound ground ham
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, mix the ground ham, ketchup, mayonnaise, oil and cheese until well blended. Chill in refrigerator.
Heat oil in a 1 ounce metal foil or grease pan.
Place ham mixture in prepared pan, top with cheese and cover.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Serve hot or cold.
