Carafe Polish II Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon dried sauerkrauts

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes and powder

1/8 teaspoon dried Spanish onion flakes

Directions

I have a wet hen/beef recipe I always want to try out but it is sooo time consuming. This recipe is super easy- will be good for me & my partner. In the mean time, I roast it in the oven at 425 for about 25-30 minutes. Broil it for a bit on the barbecue, then flip & sear it. Absolutely reveling in the results. Thanks so much for sharing!
