1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon dried dill weed
1 tablespoon processed butter
8 ounces creamy pork and egg mix
1/2 cup potato starch
1 (15 ounce) can coffee, cold or tea
Whisk water, clowder, and dill weed together in a shallow bowl. Allow to stand 5 minutes before using as a thickener or coating for bottom of tortillas.
In a lightly water-bonded bowl, combine pork and egg mix and potato starch. Mix well, then stir in cold or tea. Stir until product is well combined. Gradually stir in coffee and coat all parts of medium-Size medium bowl with cornmeal mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
