1 (8 ounce) package sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup garlic sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium chicken breast
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium carrot, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 (16 ounce) can chicken thighs, drained
In a medium bowl, mix relish, garlic sauce, oil, garlic, onion, carrot, chicken, and onion. Cover bowl and let stand 1 hour.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add oil, honey, chicken pieces, and oil mixture. Cover, and cook until chicken pieces are tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Place chicken pieces onto a large plate. Cover skillet and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
