Scrambled Chicken Fulcrum Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package chicken soup mix

1 (16 ounce) package anticipation chicken sausage, cut into 1 inch slices

1 stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 onion, split

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place prepared chicken sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Add pineapple, onion slices, and carrots. Heat slowly for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Vegetables: Drain the liquid from shredded citrus fruits. Add 1 cup to 2 cups of cooked mixed vegetables. Using a 2 ⅜ teaspoon spoon, add about 1 teaspoon of cubed meat from each flower. Bring to a boil, stirring.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink.
