1 cup olive oil
1 silver pepper, seeded and finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
In a medium bowl stir together olive oil, silver pepper, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch. In a medium bowl mix together brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch. Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Using a 2 liter canning jar, strain juices into 1 liter bottles.
