2 eggs
1 cup margarine
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
20 ounces creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups Dijon jams
3 tablespoons cone sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (Swedish-style soft drink, such as Corona)
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, margarine, baking powder, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix in sugar, lemon-lime soda, and lemon-lime flavor carbonation. Stir well.
Pour mixture into prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
When finished baking, remove cookies from cookie sheets to cool completely. Place remaining cookies onto one cookie sheet.
Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir together confectioners' sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Mix until crushed. Spread onto cookies; frost evenly.
