1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 (10 ounce) package vanilla wafers
1 (8 ounce) package vanilla wafers
1 (12 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Melt the margarine in a large saucepan. Stir in the brown sugar and water, then stir in the marshmallow creme.
Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Mix in vanilla wafers and marshmallow creme.
Remove from heat, and allow to cool completely. Mix together the margarine, brown sugar, water, marshmallow creme, margarine mixture, pecans, pecans and pecans. Pour mixture into glass wrappers and seal.
Let cool completely in refrigerator. Store the wrapper in refrigerator, and gently peel.
