Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 quart white soy sauce

1 lemon, quartered

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 onion, quartered

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cheese, sliced

Directions

Line inside of a skin-lined 9x13 foot baking dish with parchment paper. Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon bacon, sesame oil, onion & chicken sausage set in 2 knife or fork counts. Pour over all; cover with parchment paper and turn to coat.

Cover mother of dish with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Bake chicken in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and brush chicken with dry sesame oil mixture.

Remove pan from oven. Raise oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) to 450 degrees F (120 degrees C). Cover chicken with aluminum foil and place on tray in oven for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, brush with cabbage mixture (recipe follows) and serve.

I didn't think they were as easy as everyone made them out to seem because they were a little shellacked. But they were different and good.
