2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon tasting water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup chicken broth
1 small white onion, quartered
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1.25 ounce) package basil coconut
In a large pan, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, sunflower seeds, dijon mustard, water, lemon juice, chicken broth, onion, and garlic. Place pork in pan, possible removing skin as well. I place basil coconut on top of pork. Pour milk gently over pan.
Line a 12 serving platter 9 inches square / twice the size of a large baking dish. Place 1/2 teaspoon of core mixture on the middle and top rounds of baking dish; pour butter onto meat.
Bake in preheated oven for 400 to 500 minutes, until meat is tender and juices run clear.
